Vous êtes passionné(e) par l'automobile et aimez le contact client ? Rejoignez une structure dynamique où vous jouerez un rôle clé entre les clients et l'atelier.

En tant que Responsable Après-Vente, vous assurez l'accueil et l'accompagnement des clients, coordonnez les activités du service après-vente et veillez au bon suivi des entretiens, réparations et dossiers administratifs.

Vos responsabilités

  • Accueillir et conseiller les clients avec professionnalisme.
  • Organiser et coordonner les activités quotidiennes du service après-vente.
  • Planifier les rendez-vous et assurer le suivi des interventions.
  • Établir les devis et expliquer les travaux réalisés ainsi que la facturation.
  • Gérer les appels, e-mails et dossiers de garantie.
  • Assurer une communication fluide entre les clients et l'atelier.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus du service.

Votre profil

  • Expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur automobile.
  • Excellente orientation client et sens du service.
  • Maîtrise du français et du néerlandais.
  • Organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Esprit d'initiative, autonomie et bonnes compétences relationnelles.
  • Intérêt marqué pour le secteur automobile.
