Fonction

En tant que Responsable Intermodal, vous définissez et portez la stratégie de développement de l'activité rail-route du groupe. Vous gardez aussi la main sur la réalité opérationnelle du site intermodal et de son équipe.

Votre fonction se situe à la croisée de la stratégie, du développement commercial et du management de terrain. Elle s'inscrit dans un secteur en pleine transition vers des solutions de transport plus durables.

Concrètement, vous êtes en charge de plusieurs grands axes :

1. Développement de l'intermodal

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie de développement intermodal du groupe ;
  • Consolider les axes ferroviaires existants et en ouvrir de nouveaux ;
  • Développer et négocier des partenariats ferroviaires en Belgique et à l'international ;
  • Intégrer les spécificités réglementaires des différents pays concernés ;
  • Embarquer les équipes dans la mise en œuvre concrète des orientations définies.

2. Gestion des opérations et de la performance

  • Superviser les opérations rail-route du site, flux train et camion compris ;
  • Garantir le bon déroulement des départs, arrivées, chargements et mises à disposition ;
  • Assurer la qualité de service, le respect des délais et la satisfaction client ;
  • Gérer les urgences, les aléas et les priorités du terrain ;
  • Assurer le suivi opérationnel des sous-traitants transport et le respect de leurs engagements qualité, sécurité et service ;
  • Garantir une bonne collaboration entre les intervenants de la chaîne logistique ;
  • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance du site et produire les reportings destinés à la Direction ;
  • Identifier les leviers d'optimisation des ressources, des coûts et de la productivité ;
  • Mettre en œuvre les plans d'action et d'amélioration continue.

3. Management d'équipe

  • Encadrer une équipe de 4 employés et 4 ouvriers polyvalents ;
  • Planifier, coordonner et répartir le travail ;
  • Animer les réunions d'équipe et entretenir un climat de travail positif et orienté solution ;
  • Assurer le suivi des performances individuelles et collectives ;
  • Identifier les besoins en recrutement et en formation, et accompagner l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.

4. QHSE et RSE

  • Veiller au respect des normes ISO Qualité et Sécurité ;
  • Sensibiliser les équipes aux bonnes pratiques et promouvoir une culture sécurité forte ;
  • Participer aux audits internes et externes ;
  • Contribuer à la démarche EcoVadis et aux objectifs RSE du groupe, dont l'intermodal est un pilier.
