Vous êtes un professionnel expérimenté de l'usinage CNC et souhaitez combiner votre expertise technique avec la coordination d'un atelier ? Vous aimez rester proche des machines, programmer, résoudre des problématiques techniques tout en accompagnant une équipe ?

Nous recherchons un responsable usinage pour renforcer un environnement de production exigeant en région de Herstal.

Votre fonction

En tant que responsable usinage, vous êtes la référence technique de l'atelier. Vous intervenez directement sur les machines CNC et veillez parallèlement à la bonne organisation du secteur.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené à :

  • Programmer les centres d'usinage 3 et 5 axes sur Mastercam ;
  • Préparer, régler et optimiser les programmes ainsi que les paramètres d'usinage ;
  • Définir les outils et méthodes nécessaires à la fabrication des pièces ;
  • Lire et interpréter les plans techniques et garantir le respect des tolérances ;
  • Organiser le travail de l'atelier et gérer les priorités en fonction du planning de production ;
  • Accompagner les usineurs au quotidien et leur apporter un support en cas de problématique technique ;
  • Superviser la qualité des pièces produites et collaborer avec le service qualité lors des validations ;
  • Identifier les dysfonctionnements et mettre en place des solutions afin de garantir la continuité de la production ;
  • Veiller au bon état des machines et outillages et au respect des consignes de maintenance ;
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration des méthodes, de la qualité et de la productivité de l'atelier.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une formation technique en mécanique, usinage ou équivalent, ou avez acquis ce niveau grâce à votre expérience.
  • Vous possédez une expérience confirmée en usinage CNC.
  • Vous maîtrisez la programmation 3 et 5 axes sur Mastercam.
  • Vous êtes autonome dans la programmation, le réglage et l'optimisation des machines.
  • Vous maîtrisez la lecture et l'interprétation de plans techniques ainsi que les moyens de contrôle dimensionnel.
  • Vous avez une réelle capacité à organiser le travail, gérer les priorités et résoudre les problèmes techniques.
