Saisonstelle in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Operative Leitung und Organisation des gesamten Restaurantbereichs

* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines großen Serviceteams

* Erstellung von Tischplänen sowie Dienst- und Einsatzplänen

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs sowie laufende Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse

* Professionelle, herzliche und aufmerksame Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste auf höchstem Niveau

* Individuelle und professionellen Erfüllung der Gästewünsche

* Verantwortung für die korrekte Verbuchung von Leistungen, Verwaltung der Gästeabrechnungen und Kontrolle des Kassensystems

* Verantwortungsvoller und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Produkten und Arbeitsmitteln

* Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit sowie Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards im Restaurant- und Lagerbereich

Das bringen Sie mit

* Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft und Service auf hohem Niveau

* Fundierte Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition

* Sehr gute Umgangsformen, Kommunikationsstärke und ein gepflegtes Auftreten

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten sowie Organisationstalent

* Teamgeist, Führungsstärke und Kollegialität

* Eigenständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Pünktlichkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Ehrlichkeit

* Verkaufsorientiertes Denken sowie ausgeprägte Gastgeberqualitäten

* Wein- und Getränkekenntnisse wünschenswert
