Sie übernehmen die vollständige operative Leitung des Restaurants und sorgen dafür, dass der Betrieb täglich reibungslos funktioniert.

Personalführung

* Führung und Motivation des gesamten Teams

* Erstellung und laufende Anpassung der Dienstpläne

* Personaleinteilung nach Auslastung

* Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter

* Kontrolle der Arbeitsleistung und Einhaltung der Unternehmensstandards

* Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen

* Organisation von Urlaubs- und Krankenstandsvertretungen

* Sicherstellung einer ausreichenden Personalbesetzung

Warenwirtschaft

* Selbstständige Bestellung aller Lebensmittel, Getränke, Verpackungen und Reinigungsmittel

* Laufende Kontrolle der Lagerbestände

* Warenannahme und Qualitätskontrolle

* Inventuren

* Reduzierung von Lebensmittelverschwendung

* Optimierung des Wareneinsatzes

Qualitätsmanagement

* Sicherstellung einer gleichbleibend hohen Speisenqualität

* Kontrolle der Rezepturen und Portionsgrößen

* Laufende Qualitätskontrolle aller Speisen und Getränke

* Kontrolle der Präsentation der Produkte

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

* Umsetzung und Kontrolle unserer Qualitätsstandards

Hygiene

* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung sämtlicher Hygienevorschriften (HACCP)

* Kontrolle der täglichen Reinigungsarbeiten

* Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit im gesamten Restaurant

* Kontrolle der Kühlhäuser, Lagerräume und Produktionsbereiche

* Dokumentation der Hygienekontrollen

Organisation

* Planung und Organisation sämtlicher Betriebsabläufe

* Koordination zwischen Küche, Service und Lieferbereich

* Sicherstellung kurzer Warte- und Lieferzeiten

* Kontrolle aller Öffnungs- und Schließarbeiten

* Laufende Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe

Wirtschaftliche Verantwortung

* Kontrolle der Tagesumsätze

* Kassenkontrolle und Tagesabrechnung

* Überwachung von Wareneinsatz und Personalkosten

* Erkennen und Umsetzen von Einsparungspotenzialen

* Verantwortung für einen wirtschaftlichen Restaurantbetrieb

Kundenservice

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit

* Professioneller Umgang mit Reklamationen

* Freundlicher und lösungsorientierter Kundenkontakt

* Kontrolle der Servicequalität

Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung

* Laufende Berichterstattung über den Restaurantbetrieb

* Information über besondere Vorkommnisse

* Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele

* Eigenständiges Treffen operativer Entscheidungen im Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Restaurantleiter, Geschäftsführer oder Lokalmanager in der Gastronomie

* Führungserfahrung

* Organisationstalent

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Unternehmerisches Denken

* Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
