Wir verstärken unser Team und suchen für die Wintersaison 2026/2027 1 Rezeptionist/in Bist du bereit, der nächste Empfangsengel (m./w./d.) im Hotel Christoph zu werden und unseren Gästen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu bieten?

Das solltest du mitbringen:

* Gastgeber-Guru mit Engangement - Berufserfahrung in der ausgeschriebenen Stelle

* Sprachkünstler_in - gute schriftliche & mündliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch & Englisch

* Digital-Profi - gute EDV-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Microsoft & Gastrodat von Vorteil

* Freundlichkeits-Champion (m/w/d) & Aufmerksamkeits-Magier_in - kundenorientiertes, kommunikatives, freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Team-Player_in - ein respektvolles und empathisches Miteinander

* Organisations-Virtuose(m/w/d) - Du jonglierst die Aufgaben wie ein Profi und rockst den Hotelalltag!

* Arbeitseinsatz - Deine Arbeitswoche geht von Freitag bis Montag

* Genehmigungs-Held_in - mit deiner Arbeitsgenehmigung für Österreich bist du bereit, dich mit voller Leidenschaft in unseren Kosmos einzubringen

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

* Gästebetreuung - herzliche Betreuung unserer Hotelgäste

* Check-In & Check-Out Du meisterst mit Geschick und Gastfreundlichkeit den Check-In und Check-Out und prägst so den ersten und letzten Eindruck unserer Gäste.

* Content-Zauberer_in Erstellen und übersetzen von Morgenpost, Menüs usw.

* Sales-Mastery Verkauf der Zimmer vor Ort und übers Telefon

* Abteilungs-Netzwerker_in Koordinieren und Organisieren zwischen den Abteilungen

* Listen-Lotse_in Erstellen der täglichen An- & Abreiselisten

* Tägliche Korrespondenz E-Mails beantworten, Angebote und Buchungsbestätigungen schreiben

* Digitale Pflege Warten der Buchungsportale sowie Infotainment
