Unser familiengeführtes 4-Sterne Hotel mit 75 Betten in St.Johann/Alpendorf setzt in allen Bereichen auf absolute Servicequalität.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir herzliche und einsatzbereite Mitarbeiter_innen! 1 Rezeptionist/in für eine Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung in Jahresanstellung.

Dienstort:

5600 St. Johann im Pongau / Alpendorf

Eintritt:

ab Dezember bzw. nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste bei An- und Abreise

* Check-in und Check-out sowie Erstellung der Gästerechnungen

* Zimmerzuteilung und Verwaltung der Reservierungen

* Entgegennahme von Buchungen per Telefon und E-Mail

* Ansprechpartner_in für Wünsche, Anliegen und Auskünfte unserer Gäste

* Allgemeine Rezeptions- und Verwaltungsaufgaben

* Pflege und Verwaltung der Gästedaten

Ihr Profil:

* Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rezeption, Hotellerie oder Gästebetreuung

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse für Telefon- und E-Mail-Korrespondenz

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Kenntnisse von Fidelio oder Protel von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung

* Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent

* Teamfähigkeit und Verlässlichkeit

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten

* Führerschein B und eigener PKW zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes von Vorteil

Arbeitszeit:

* Vollzeit oder Teilzeit nach Vereinbarung

* 5-Tage-Woche

* Früh- und Spätdienste im Rahmen von 07:00 bis 22:00 Uhr
