Ihr Profil:

* eine abgeschlossene einschlägige Berufsausbildung (HGA) und erste Berufserfahrung als Rezeptionist:in.

* sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten.

* gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englisch- und vorzugsweise Italienischkenntnisse (bzw. die Bereitschaft Italienisch zu lernen)

* Gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Herzlichkeit und Freude, am Gast zu arbeiten

* professionelle Bearbeitung von Reklamationen; Bereitschaft, an Beschwerdemanagement-Schulungen teilzunehmen

Ihr Aufgabenfeld:

* Professioneller Empfang und Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste

* Check-in und Check-out der Gäste und Rechnungsstellung

* Bearbeitung von Reservierungen sowie Pflege der Buchungssysteme

* Annahme und Bearbeitung von Telefonaten und E-Mails

* Bearbeitung von Gästereklamationen und Sonderwünschen

* Kassenführung sowie Abrechnung der Tageseinnahmen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Housekeeping, Service, Events und Direktion

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten am Front Office
