Das BLÜ ist ein Hotel in Bad Hofgastein, das ländliche Tradition bestens kennt, und genau weiß, wie man diese an die große Welt anknüpft. Ein Hotel, wo Du willkommen geheißen wirst - völlig einerlei, wer Du bist und was du willst.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen / eine 1 Rezeptionist/in Beschäftigung ab sofort in Vollzeit ab 45 Wochenstunden für eine Daueranstellung. Die genauen Arbeitszeiten und freien Tage erfolgen je nach Vereinbarung und Dienstplan.

BERUFSBILD:

* Gästebetreuung

* Bearbeitung von Buchungen

* Zimmereinteilung

* Beschwerdemanagement

* E-Mail- und Telefonverkehr

* Verwaltung der Gästedateien

* Hotelrezeption

* Anlaufstelle für Wünsche und Fragen während des Aufenthalts für die Gäste

* Erstellung der Endabrechnung bei der Abreise

* sowie alle weiteren anfallenden Tätigkeiten im Arbeitsbereich

* Praxis in einer vergleichbarer Position

* Vertrautheit mit Hygienevorschriften

* gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für den direkten Gästekontakt

* weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil

* EDV-Anwendungskenntnisse
