Seit über 200 Jahren befindet sich die Gastgeberfamilie Seyrling, insgesamt 8 Familienmitglieder - nun schon im Besitz des Hotels Klosterbräu***** & SPA und ist als starkes Team für unsere Gäste und Mitarbeiter_innen da.

Das Klosterbräu***** & SPA liegt direkt im Zentrum der Fußgängerzone und nur 20 Autominuten von Innsbruck entfernt, verfügt über 91 Zimmer, 9 unterschiedliche Dinnerlocations sowie einen mehrfach ausgezeichneten Wellnessbereich.

Tätigkeitsbereiche

* Begrüßung, Betreuung und Verabschiedung von unseren Gästen

* Abwicklung der An- und Abreise Formalitäten (Check-In; Check Out)

* freundliche und kompetente Entgegennahme von allen Telefongesprächen und Bearbeitung von E-Mails.

* Reservierung und Organisation von Packages und gewünschten Sonderleistungen

* Beschwerdemanagement

Persönliche Fähigkeiten

* Jederzeit freundliches, professionelles und dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten gegenüber allen Gästen und Kollegen

* Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Kritikfähigkeit

* Freude am Beruf

* Kommunikativ

Fachliche Fähigkeiten

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im kaufmännischen und/oder Hotel- und Gastgewerbe

* Berufserfahrung in der Reservierung/Rezeption von Vorteil

* Ökonomisches Denken in allen Bereichen

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Italienisch von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Word & Excel-Kenntnisse
