Unser neuer Standort ist der Ausgangspunkt für diese genussvolle Expedition. Umgeben von der Geschichte der Burg und inspiriert von ihrer Vergangenheit, ergreifen wir die Gelegenheit, gemeinsam ein neues Kapitel zu schreiben und Sie mit einer modernen Interpretation regionaler Klassiker zu verwöhnen.

Gesucht wird: 1 Rezeptionist/in

Aufgaben:

* Empfang und Begrüßung der Gäste

* Unterstützung beim Check-in-Prozess, Übergabe der Zimmerschlüssel und Erläuterung der Hoteleinrichtungen.

* Entgegennahme von Reservierungsanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder über Buchungsplattformen.

* Überprüfung der Zimmerverfügbarkeit und Bearbeitung von Buchungen im Reservierungssystem.

* Bestätigung der Reservierungen und Versand von Buchungsbestätigungen an die Gäste.

* Effiziente Abwicklung des Check-in und Check-out Prozesses.

* Erstellung von Rechnungen an die Gäste

* Beantwortung von Anfragen zu lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Transportmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (Tischreservierungen) und anderen Dienstleistungen.

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Housekeeping, Haustechnik und anderen Abteilungen

* Enge Abstimmung mit dem Housekeeping, der Küche und dem technischen Service,

um die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen

* Privatkraftfahrzeug zum Erreichen des Arbeitsplatzes erforderlich

Unsere Anforderungen / Ihre Fähigkeiten:

* Gute EDV Anwenderkenntnisse(Word, Excel, Internet)

* Englischkenntnisse mindestens Niveau B1

* Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Erfahrungen im Gastgewerbe sind erwünscht, sind aber keine Voraussetzung

* Verantwortungsgefühl und Ehrlichkeit

Unser Angebot:

* Dauerstelle

* Ihr Arbeitsausmaß: Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 40 Stunden pro Woche (keine Nachtarbeit)

* Ihre Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Mittwoch von 7:00 - 18:00 Uhr und Donnerstag von 7:00 - 13:00 Uhr

oder Donnerstag 12:00 - 18:00 Uhr und von Freitag bis Sonntag 7:00 - 18:00 Uhr

im Rahmen einer 5-Tagewoche mit Wochenenden (nicht jedes Wochenende bzw. nach Absprache mit Kolleg_innen)
