Wir suchen eine herzliche, organisierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die als Rezeptionist/in unsere Philosophie von Holistic Selfcare bereits beim Check-in spürbar macht. Sie sind die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste und sorgen dafür, dass der Aufenthalt reibungslos, individuell und rundum besonders verläuft.

Ihre Rolle: Mehr als nur Empfang

Sie sind nicht nur für den Check-in zuständig - Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson, Wegweiser und Vertraute/r für unsere Gäste. Mit Feingefühl, Organisationstalent und Gastfreundschaft gestalten Sie mit uns ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

* Check-in & Check-out der Gäste: Begrüßung, Betreuung und Abrechnung - stets freundlich, professionell und effizient.

* Gästebetreuung: Persönliche Begleitung und Erfüllung individueller Wünsche während des gesamten Aufenthalts.

* Reservierungen & Kommunikation: Annahme und Koordination von Tischreservierungen und Sonderwünschen.

* Telefon & E-Mail: Professionelle Bearbeitung aller eingehenden Anfragen.

* Concierge-Services: Unterstützung bei Ausflügen, Transfers, Tickets oder Empfehlungen rund um den Aufenthalt.

* Tägliche Vorbereitung: Erstellung von Morgenpost und Menüs für das Restaurant.
