Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort bis 25.04.2027 1 Rezeptionist_in DEINE AUFGABEN:

- du bist zuständig für Check-in und Check-out der Gäste

- du bist zuständig für Gästeanliegen

- du machst die Gästekorrespondenz telefonisch sowie per E-Mail

DU BRINGST MIT:

- abgeschlossene HGA-Lehre oder entsprechender Schulabschluss (HAK, HASCH oder Villa Blanka)

- du hast Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office

- es ist von Vorteil, wenn du dich mit Casablanca - Hotelsoftware auskennst

- fundierte Englisch-Kenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)

- du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich

- du hast ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein freundliches Wesen

- du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick

- du denkst analytisch, kunden- und lösungsorientiert

DEINE ARBEITSZEIT:

- von 14:00 bis 18:00 Uhr

- 20 Stunden / Woche

- 5 Tage-Woche

(die unten angeführte Lohnangabe bezieht sich auf eine 40 Stunden-Woche)
