* Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie und Liebe zum Detail

* Ausgeprägte Gastgeberqualitäten und Freude am Gästekontakt

* Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Fähigkeit, andere zu begeistern und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Echte/r Teamplayer_in- Sie unterstützen Kollegen, packen mit an und sorgen gemeinsam für reibungslose Abläufe

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und exzellente Umgangsformen

* Eine abgeschlossene Hotelfachausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

* Gute EDV-Anwendungskenntnisse

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zum Führen der Korrespondenz

Dein AUFGABEN

* Repräsentation des Hotels

* Check-In und Check-Out, sowie Gästebetreuung und -Beratung

* Abwicklung von Reservierungen und allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

* Gäste-Kommunikation (Telefon/E-Mail/vor Ort)

* Wartung verschiedener Reservierungsplattformen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Abteilungen und mit den regionalen touristischen Organisationen
