Over de functie van Risk & Compliance Specialist Als Risk & Compliance Specialist ben je een belangrijke schakel in de continue verbetering van onze legal-, risk- en compliance processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat kaders niet alleen op papier goed staan, maar ook in de praktijk werkbaar en toepasbaar zijn. Daarbij heb je een inhoudelijke rol in onder meer cliënt- en opdrachtacceptatie, SIRA en het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Business Support, operations (alle teams die voor klanten werken zoals accountants, fiscalisten en IT-consultants), de compliance officer en het bestuur. In deze functie combineer je inhoudelijke scherpte met organisatiesensitiviteit: je weet wat nodig is, maar ook wat in de praktijk werkt. Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Cliënt- en opdrachtacceptatie : Je beoordeelt acceptatieverzoeken inhoudelijk, koppelt bevindingen terug en adviseert over risico's en vervolgstappen. Je zorgt dat je acceptaties panklaar kunt voorleggen aan de compliance officer. - SIRA & Risicobeheersing: Je helpt bij het actualiseren en verder uitwerken van de SIRA en vertaalt uitkomsten naar processen en beheersmaatregelen. - Beleid & Richtlijnen: Je ontwikkelt, onderhoudt en actualiseert beleid, richtlijnen en werkwijzen op het gebied van risk, compliance en legal. - Kwaliteitsmanagement: Je ...
