Vollzeit (40h/Woche)

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen

* Disposition: In Ihrer Rolle übernehmen Sie die Planung und Abwicklung von nationalen Transporten

* Auftragsabwicklung: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Abwicklung von Aufträgen sowie die Kalkulation von Angeboten

* Kund_innenbetreuung: Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört eine proaktive und fachkundige Kommunikation mit unseren Kund_innen und Partner_innen.

* Reklamationen: Sie gewährleisten eine schnelle Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und stehen in kontinuierlichem Austausch mit unseren Partnerfirmen

* Qualitätskontrolle: Eigenständig überwachen Sie die Sendungsavisierung, Sendungsrecherche und Terminüberwachung. Dabei tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Preisabsprachen

* Dokumentation: Die Erstellung von Transportdokumenten und anderen erforderlichen Unterlagen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
