Bij Salure krijg je de ruimte om jouw vakkennis in te zetten, mee te denken over verbeteringen en verder te groeien in je vak! Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige salarisverwerking én fungeer je als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor jouw klanten. Je beheert of bouwt op tot een vaste portefeuille van zo'n 10 klanten, variërend van ongeveer 50 tot 200 medewerkers per klant. Dit zijn bijvoorbeeld organisaties in de zakelijke dienstverlening, maar ook onderwijsinstellingen en non-profitorganisaties (NGO's). Je werkt met AFAS software, gecombineerd met onze eigen slimme software en binnen duidelijke proceskaders. Je draagt inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid voor correcte verwerking en signalering van afwijkingen. We verwachten dat je actief meedenkt over optimalisatie. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor Gouda of Leusden gecombineerd met thuiswerken en maakt deel uit van een professioneel team van ongeveer 35 payroll specialisten verdeeld over de diverse locaties. Je directe team bestaat uit 6-10 collega's. Je bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klanten, maar werkt nauw samen met je team en kunt bij complexere vraagstukken sparren met ervaren collega's.
