Ook voer je zelfstandig een volledige salarisadministratie uit en zorg je voor een optimaal resultaat door het schakelen en samenwerken met de afdelingen HR en Financiën. Maak werk van deze mogelijkheden. Wat jij doet Je overziet het volledige proces van de salarisadministratie, kijkt kritisch naar de kwaliteit en efficiëntie hiervan en geeft proactief advies. Daarnaast draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de salarissen. Op het gebied van (publieke) arbeidsvoorwaarden beschik je over adequate kennis. Hoe je dit doet? Door jouw kennis en ervaring effectief in te zetten bij onze opdrachtgevers. Wat doe je nog meer? - Uitvoeren van de complete salarisadministratie in teamverband of volledig zelfstandig - Adviseren van stakeholders rondom het toepassen van (nieuwe) wet- en regelgeving - Voorstellen van efficiënte, effectieve en cruciale veranderingen binnen de processen - Bijblijven in kennis rondom actuele ontwikkelingen op het gebied van arbeid & beloning Als Salarisadministrateur treed je in dienst bij XCENT, onderdeel van Centric, en word je ingezet bij één of meerdere opdrachtgevers.
