Functieomschrijving Voor een toonaangevend consultancybureau gespecialiseerd in payroll-dienstverlening met de software van AFAS zoeken wij ervaren salarisadministrateurs. Professionals die het vak serieus nemen, graag in teamverband werken en zich verder willen ontwikkelen binnen moderne payroll- en HR-dienstverlening. De rol Als salarisadministrateur maak je onderdeel uit van een gespecialiseerd salarisverwerkingsteam dat voor uiteenlopende klanten de volledige loonadministratie verzorgt. Je werkt voor organisaties variërend van MKB-ondernemingen tot grote organisaties. Dat betekent: - Werken met meerdere cao's - Verschillende branches - Diverse organisatiestructuren - En contact met uiteenlopende klantcontactpersonen Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en fungeert als betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met payroll te maken heeft. - Servicedienstverlening, geen sales Deze rol is nadrukkelijk geen commerciële salesfunctie. Wel verwachten we dat je: - luistert naar signalen bij klanten - kansen of knelpunten herkent tijdens je contactmomenten met jouw contactpersonen - tijdig deze signalen bespreekbaar maakt en wanneer nodig, schakel je een collega in (bijvoorbeeld een consultancy-, IT- of HR-specialist) om de klant verder te helpen.
