Regio - Zuid-Holland Sector - Autoverhuur Aantal uren - 38 uur Salarisadministrateur Functie omschrijving Als Medewerker Salarisadministratie ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige salarisadministratie van meerdere werkmaatschappijen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het zelfstandig verwerken en controleren van de maandelijkse salarisadministratie; - Het beheren en controleren van personeels- en salarismutaties; - Het correct toepassen van cao's, wet- en regelgeving en interne regelingen; - Het verzorgen van loonheffingen, pensioenaangiftes en overige wettelijke afdrachten; - Het signaleren van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving en vertalen hiervan naar de praktijk; - Het opstellen van rapportages en uitvoeren van controles; - Het beantwoorden van salarisgerelateerde vragen van collega's; - Het adviseren van HR en management over salarisgerelateerde onderwerpen; - Het signaleren van verbeteringen en meedenken over de optimalisatie en digitalisering van processen. - Het deelnemen aan projecten op het gebied van procesverbetering, systeemoptimalisatie en veranderende wet- en regelgeving Je krijgt binnen de functie de ruimte om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en je verder te ontwikkelen. Misschien wil je je verdiepen in wet- en regelgeving, processen slimmer inrichten of juist groeien richting een meer adviserende rol. We kijken graag samen naar waar jouw ambities liggen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen HR Services en rapporteert aan de Manager HR Services. Profiel Je weet hoe belangrijk het is dat een salarisadministratie tot in detail klopt. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en vindt het leuk om inhoudelijk bezig te zijn met salarisadministratie. Daarnaast: - Heb je 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen de salarisadministratie. Meer ervaring is altijd welkom; - Heb je een Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie (PDL) en bij voorkeur een Vakopleiding Payroll Services...
