Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten volledig ontzorgd worden op het gebied van loonadministratie en HR. Je denkt mee over wet- en regelgeving, loonoptimalisatie en personeelsbeleid. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van salarisadministraties; - Opstellen van loonjournaalposten en aangiften; - Adviseren over verzuim, verlof en arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Contact onderhouden met externe instanties (Belastingdienst, pensioenfondsen); - Coachen van junior collega's.
