Deine Aufgaben

* Du vermarktest und vertreibst mobile sowie stationäre Batterielösungen. Dabei präsentierst du unser Unternehmen und unsere Produkte direkt bei Kundinnen und Kunden. Kundenbeziehungen baust du nachhaltig auf und pflegst sie gekonnt.

* Du analysierst die Anforderungen deiner Kundinnen und Kunden und erarbeitst passende Lösungen. Anfragen bearbeitest du zuverlässig und erstellst individuelle Angebote.

* Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen gehören ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben. Darüber hinaus beobachtest du den Markt, erkennst Trends und identifizierst Innovationspotenziale.

* Als wichtige Schnittstelle arbeitest du eng mit unseren internen (Entwicklungs-) Abteilungen zusammen. Zusätzlich vertrittst du unser Unternehmen bei Messen und Veranstaltungen.

Dein Profil

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung. Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb ist von Vorteil.

* Du überzeugst mit deiner kommunikativen und durchsetzungsstarken Persönlichkeit. Im Kundenkontakt beweist du Verhandlungsgeschick.

* Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, strukturiert und proaktiv. Dadurch erkennst du Marktpotentiale, kannst potenzielle Märkte erschließen und deine bestehenden Kunden bestmöglich betreuen.

* Für Kundenbesuche bist du ca. 30% deiner Arbeitszeit unterwegs. Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist erforderlich.

* Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch, die du für Auslandsreisen und Messen benötigst.

Gehalt

Das gesetzliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt 3.800 Euro brutto pro Monat, ergänzt um allfällige Sozialleistungen und Zulagen. Es gilt der KV Metallgewerbe für Angestellte. Je nachdem, welche Erfahrung und Qualifikation du mitbringst, ist eine entsprechende Überzahlung für uns selbstverständlich.
