Dan is de rol Sales representative bij Vierkant Projecten perfect voor jou!

Jouw Rol: Je wordt ondergedompeld in de wereld van onder andere agrarisch vastgoed, waarbij je snel alles leert over dit boeiend vakgebied en onze relaties vakkundig telefonisch voorziet van advies en dit vervolgens vastlegt in de systemen. In samenwerking met jou breiden zij hun vastgoedportefeuilles uit. Tevens beheer je met het team de agenda van onze buitendienstmedewerkers. Ook koude acquisitie behoort tot jouw takenpakket. Wij zorgen ervoor dat je alle tools hebt en de nodige vaardigheden ontwikkelt om je werk op professionele wijze te kunnen uitvoeren. Uiteindelijk werk je zelfstandig in een sterk sales team, waarbinnen je snel kunt groeien en succes kunt hebben.

Jouw Profiel: Commerciële ervaring is een pluspunt, maar niet noodzakelijk Je spreekt Nederlands Je hebt interesse in de vastgoedsector. Je bent in staat sterke relaties met klanten op te bouwen en hen te overtuigen van jouw waarde. Je bent ambitieus, proactief, positief en een echte doener. Je past binnen de dynamische cultuur van Vierkant Projecten: toegewijd, loyaal, maar ook gericht op plezier.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Je neemt initiatief om potentiële klanten te bellen, bouwt relaties op en introduceert hen in onze diensten. Je streeft ernaar om elke klant enthousiast te maken en je voorziet hen van informatie over onze vastgoedprojecten. Je volgt een traject vol ontwikkelingskansen, waarbij je meer leert over het verkoopproces en uiteindelijk je eigen klantenportefeuille opbouwt.
