Jouw rol:

Als Sales Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten en het onderhouden van langdurige relaties binnen het foodservicekanaal. Afhankelijk van je ervaring werk je met regionale klanten, grotere eindgebruikers of groothandelspartners.

Je bent graag onderweg, bouwt sterke netwerken op en begrijpt wat klanten in de foodservice nodig hebben. Je weet deze behoeften om te zetten in commerciële kansen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitbouwen en ontwikkelen van je klantenportefeuille binnen jouw regio.
  • Opbouwen van duurzame relaties met eindgebruikers en vertegenwoordigers van groothandels.
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen, onderhandelen over afspraken en uitvoeren van commerciële plannen.
  • Organiseren van productpresentaties, demonstraties en praktijktesten.
  • Opvolgen van markt- en klantontwikkelingen en delen van relevante inzichten.
  • Correct beheren van CRM-gegevens en sales pipelines; ervaring met Salesforce is een pluspunt.
  • Werken met een sterke focus op resultaat, opvolging en klanttevredenheid.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met collega's binnen Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain en Customer Service.

Profiel

Opleiding en ervaring

  • Diploma op middelbaar of hoger niveau, afhankelijk van ervaring en senioriteit.
  • Tussen 2 en 7 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie, bij voorkeur binnen Foodservice, FMCG of Hospitality.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.
  • Commercieel ingesteld, klantgericht en praktisch van aanpak.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken met een gestructureerde en proactieve werkwijze.
  • Analytisch sterk en vertrouwd met CRM-systemen.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Bereid om regelmatig te reizen binnen de toegewezen regio.
  • Persoonlijke eigenschappen
  • Resultaatgericht en altijd met oog voor de klant.
  • Voelt zich thuis in een ondernemende en pragmatische werkomgeving.
  • Sterke teamspeler die open en direct communiceert.
  • Herkent kansen en handelt snel wanneer deze zich voordoen.
  • Flexibel en in staat zich aan te passen aan een veranderende markt.
  • Betrouwbaar, verantwoordelijk en transparant in zijn of haar handelen.
