Bij onze klant is er een programma voor digitale transformatie opgestart. De primaire doelstelling is het vervangen van het huidige verouderde ERP-landschap en de implementatie van SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition. De belangrijkste focus ligt op het herontwerpen en implementeren van toonaangevende bedrijfsprocessen op basis van de best practices van SAP S/4HANA.

Functieomschrijving

Als SAP Business Analyst ligt jouw focus en belangrijkste activiteit op de verdere implementatie van SAP S/4HANA als onderdeel van een wereldwijd projectteam. Je speelt een actieve rol tussen de business, key users en de implementatiepartner om ervoor te zorgen dat de bedrijfsbehoeften worden begrepen, afgestemd en ondersteund binnen de SAP-implementatiestrategie.

Je voert fit-to-standard gap-analyses uit voor business requirements en levert oplossingen die aansluiten bij de standaardfunctionaliteiten van SAP S/4HANA.

Andere verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Het identificeren van potentiële bedrijfswaarde die mogelijk wordt gemaakt door technologie.
  • Het opvolgen en beheren van incidenten.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van ontwikkelingen en innovaties binnen SAP S/4HANA, met specifieke aandacht voor MM (Materials Management), P2P (Procure-to-Pay) en O2C (Order-to-Cash).

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Global IT Manager. Daarnaast bied je begeleiding, coaching en training aan business users en andere collega’s.

Samen met de implementatiepartner heeft onze klant een wereldwijd implementatieprojectteam opgezet in Genk, België, waar jij een directe impact zult hebben op het succes van dit programma.

Ben je op zoek naar een unieke kans om deel uit te maken van een SAP-implementatie op basis van SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (SAP RISE-programma)?

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in ICT.
  • Een ruime ervaring met SAP-implementaties.
  • Degelijke ervaring met SD toepassingen. (Sales & Distribution)
  • Praktische ervaring met MM, P2P en O2C ter ondersteuning van de wereldwijde activiteiten.
  • Ervaring met SAP-autorisaties is geen vereiste, maar een sterke bereidheid om dit domein te leren en ermee te werken is noodzakelijk.
  • Sterk businessgericht met inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen en logistiek.
  • Ervaring met SAP Finance is een pluspunt.
  • Analytisch sterk.
  • Proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Zeer stressbestendig en heel flexibel.
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en initiatiefnemer.
  • Klantgericht (zowel intern als extern).
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels.
