Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Sattledt suchen wir 1 Schichtleiter_in Elektronikfertigung THT/ATS Als Schichtleiter/-in im 3-Schichtbetrieb im Fertigungsbereich "Manufacturing Components THT-ATS" leitest du dein Schichtteam und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Produktion. Dabei übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden

* Effiziente Planung des Personaleinsatzes und Koordination der Fertigungsaufträge

* Sicherstellung von Produktivität, Qualität und Materialversorgung

* Strukturierte Schichtübergaben und Dokumentation relevanter Informationen

* Flexibles Reagieren auf Engpässe und aktive Steuerung der Fertigungsprozesse

* Prozessoptimierungen durch Kennzahlen und Mitarbeit an KVP-, Lean- und 5S-Projekten

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und gutes technisches Verständnis

* Erste Führungserfahrung sowie Kenntnisse in THT-Bestückung, Lötprozessen und Prüfverfahren von Vorteil

* 3-Schichtbereitschaft

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sicheres Auftreten

* Teamorientierung, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität

* Belastbar und stressresistent - auch in dynamischen Produktionsumgebungen

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-/MES-Systemen (z. B. BaaN, MES)

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 3.009,82 und € 3.850,90 - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab. Hinzu kommen ein Vorarbeiterzuschlag in der Höhe von zehn Prozent vom Monatslohn und attraktive Schichtzulagen in der Höhe von durchschnittlich 500,- Euro brutto im 3-Schichtbetrieb.
