Voor een internationaal georiënteerde producent van hoogwaardige zit- en tribuneoplossingen zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren schrijnwerker met passie voor houtbewerking en oog voor detail. Vanuit een modern uitgeruste productieomgeving wordt er dagelijks gewerkt aan complexe maatwerkprojecten voor onder andere theaters, auditoria en sportinfrastructuur.

Samen met een hecht team van vakmensen realiseer je producten die zowel technisch als esthetisch aan de hoogste normen voldoen en wereldwijd worden geïnstalleerd.

Als schrijnwerker ben je een essentiële schakel binnen het productieproces en werk je actief mee aan het vervaardigen en afwerken van hoogwaardige houten componenten:

  • Je staat in voor het produceren van houten onderdelen voor tribunesystemen en zitmeubilair, volledig volgens technische plannen en specificaties
  • Je bewerkt hout zowel manueel als machinaal, met inzet van klassieke houtbewerkingsmachines (zaag-, schaaf-, frees- en boormachines)
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig met moderne technieken, waaronder eventueel CNC-gestuurde freesmachines, voor repetitieve en complexe bewerkingen
  • Je vervaardigt en monteert afwerkingsprofielen en constructieve onderdelen, met oog voor detaillering en maatvastheid
  • Je voert nabezorgingen en assemblages uit en zorgt voor een naadloze integratie van alle componenten
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een hoogwaardige, esthetisch verfijnde afwerking, conform kwaliteits- en designvereisten
  • Je werkt volgens de geldende veiligheidsnormen en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en ordelijke werkplaats
  • Je beschikt over een opleiding in houtbewerking, schrijnwerkerij of meubelmakerij, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt een degelijke kennis van houtsoorten, bewerkingstechnieken en assemblagemethodes
  • Ervaring met CNC-bewerkingen en digitale aansturing is een belangrijke troef
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en correct interpreteren
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail, maatvoering en afwerkingsgraad
  • Je werkt uiterst precies, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met een flexibele ingesteldheid en hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je denkt mee over procesoptimalisatie en efficiënt werken
