The posting

Wat doe je:

  • Je staat voornamelijk in voor het plaatsen en afwerken van hoogwaardig maatwerk in onze renovatie- en interieurprojecten: maatkasten, dressings, keukens, wandmeubels, binnendeuren, omkastingen, plinten en andere interieurafwerkingen.
  • Je werkt mee aan prestigeprojecten waar detail, precisie en een perfecte afwerking centraal staan.
  • Je kan maatwerk zelfstandig plaatsen en aanpassen op de werf. Heb je hierin nog niet alle ervaring, dan is interne begeleiding en opleiding mogelijk.
  • Ervaring met het plaatsen van keukens, dressings en ander vast interieurmaatwerk is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je kan waar nodig ook andere schrijnwerken uitvoeren, zoals gyproc, gevelbekleding, ramen en deuren of kleinere buitenschrijnwerken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en levert elk project af volgens de regels van de kunst en met oog voor detail.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk in eigen streek (± 40 km rond Gistel) bij particulieren en KMO’s.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding als schrijnwerker gevolgd of hebt relevante ervaring in interieur- en maatwerk.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig, proper en met oog voor detail. Een hoogwaardige afwerking is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan maatwerk op de werf correct inpassen, bijregelen en afwerken.
  • Je kan in overleg met de klant en projectverantwoordelijke meedenken over de beste praktische en esthetische afwerking.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands met collega’s, klanten en andere partijen op de werf.
  • Je bent probleemoplossend ingesteld en zoekt naar een kwalitatieve oplossing wanneer de situatie op de werf daarom vraagt.
  • Je kan overweg met eenvoudige digitale toepassingen voor de administratieve opvolging van je werk.
  • Een geldig rijbewijs B en VCA-attest zijn een pluspunt.
