Help je teams om effectief samen te werken, eigenaarschap te versterken en continu te verbeteren? Bij de Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa) begeleid je multidisciplinaire resultaatteams in hun ontwikkeling naar wendbaar werken en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling hiervan binnen de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Scrum Master coach en begeleid je resultaatteams in hun samenwerking, werkwijze en ontwikkeling naar meer wendbaarheid. Je stimuleert eigenaarschap, reflectie en continu verbeteren en helpt teams om belemmeringen en patronen in de samenwerking zichtbaar en bespreekbaar te maken. Je kiest daarbij interventies en werkwijzen die passen bij de opdracht, context en volwassenheid van een team. Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met verschillende methoden en werkwijzen, zoals Scrum, Kanban en Obeya, en weet deze pragmatisch in te zetten om teams verder te helpen. Afhankelijk van wat een team nodig heeft, vervul je verschillende rollen, zoals facilitator, coach, teacher, mentor, change agent en ondersteuner bij het wegnemen van belemmeringen. Naast het begeleiden van teams draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van wendbaar werken binnen de NZa. Je deelt kennis en ervaringen met andere Scrum Masters binnen de community, signaleert organisatiebrede belemmeringen en draagt bij aan het leer- en verandervermogen van de organisatie. Een duidelijke rol binnen de organisatie Als Scrum Master richt je je primair op het resultaatteam: de samenwerking, werkwijze, teamontwikkeling en het continu verbeteren.
