Zur Unterstützung unseres dynamischen und innovativen Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Seafreight Operations DEIN JOB

Deine Aufgaben sind vielfältig und verantwortungsvoll:

* Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung internationaler Seefrachtaufträge (Import & Export) von A bis Z

* Organisation und Betreuung von FCL, LCL, OOG und Breakbulk-Sendungen

* Erstellung von Frachtpreisangeboten, inkl. Tagespreis-Kalkulationen und Partnernetzwerk-Koordination

* Zollvorbereitung im Importbereich sowie Kontrolle der Zoll- und Versanddokumente

* Rechnungskontrolle und Verrechnung (administrative Tätigkeiten inklusive)

* Direkter Austausch mit Reedereien, Partnern, Kunden und unserem globalen Netzwerk

DEIN PROFIL

Di passt perfekt, wenn du:

* eine kaufmännische Ausbildung hast (idealerweise mit Speditions-/Logistik- oder Überseehintergrund)

* Teamplayer:in bist, der/die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt

* schnell erfasst, lösungsorientiert denkst und selbstständig arbeitest

* Deutsch und Englisch sicher beherrschst (jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus!)

* gerne über den Tellerrand hinausschaust, kommunikationsstark bist und Freude hast, Dinge aktiv mitzugestalten
