Geen organisatie is hetzelfde. Daarom is ook geen opdracht hetzelfde. De ene keer ondersteun je een directie, de andere keer ben je de rechterhand van een managementteam of zorg je dat een afdeling organisatorisch soepel blijft draaien. Jouw werkzaamheden kunnen bestaan uit: - Complex agendabeheer en het bewaken van afspraken en deadlines; - Het organiseren van vergaderingen, bijeenkomsten en evenementen; - Het verzorgen van professionele interne en externe communicatie; - Het beheren van mailboxen en het bewaken van acties; - Het voorbereiden, notuleren en opvolgen van vergaderingen; - Diverse organisatorische werkzaamheden waarmee jij structuur en overzicht creëert.Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende situaties en weet als geen ander hoe je snel je plek vindt binnen een nieuwe organisatie.
