Solliciteren voor "Secretaris Internationaal Rechtshulp Centrum" Secretaris Internationaal Rechtshulp Centrum OMdat jij niet alleen nationaal, maar ook internationaal wil bijdragen aan een veilige maatschappij. OMdat jij veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid wil in je functie. OMdat jij een veelzijdige rol ambieert; van het samenwerken met ketenpartners in Europese Onderzoeksbevelen (EOB's) tot het beoordelen en coördineren van uitleveringszaken en overnames van strafvervolging. Wat ga je doen? Werken als secretaris Internationaal Rechtshulp Centrum (IRC) is alles behalve standaard. Binnen het IRC behandelen we uiteenlopende rechtshulpverzoeken: van uitleverings- en overleveringszaken en rechtshulpverzoeken tot 'Wet overdracht tenuitvoerlegging strafvonnissen' (WOTS) zaken en EOB's. Daarbij spelen vaak BOB-middelen zoals telefoontaps, OVC en (grensoverschrijdende) observatie een rol. ATl dit werk gebeurt volgens (inter) nationale afspraken en verdragen. Als secretaris ben jij de spil in dit proces. Je toetst en coördineert inkomende en uitgaande verzoeken op wettelijke eisen, verdragsrechtelijke vereisten en uitvoerbaarheid. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende partijen. Van het Nederlandse onderzoeksteam, het OM en de ketenpartners tot internationale partners als Eurojust, Europol en buitenlandse politie en justitie. Ook buig jij je in de coördinatie en beoordeling van je zaken over de inzet van eventuele BOB-middelen en adviseer je andere OM-onderdelen over de inzet of afhandeling van rechtshulp. Omdat je deel uitmaakt van de afdeling Ondermijning, kijk je verder dan de grenzen van internationale rechtshulp alleen. In iedere zaak heb je oog voor mogelijkheden om bijvoorbeeld crimineel vermogen af te pakken. Ook herken je signalen van ondermijnende criminaliteit en zoek je actief de samenwerking met collega's van andere geprioriteerde thema's.
