De aanvragen die wij ontvangen zijn namelijk geen dag hetzelfde. Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar vaste collega's én kandidaten die zich op oproepbasis bij Team Healthz willen aansluiten. Via Healthz word je ingezet bij ziekenhuizen in Rotterdam en directe omgeving waar op dat moment behoefte is aan extra SEH-capaciteit. Start is in overleg, met een flexibele planning van diensten die bij jouw leven past. Jouw werk als SEH Verpleegkundige in Rotterdam Als SEH Verpleegkundige word je via Healthz NL bij een ziekenhuis in de regio Rotterdam ingezet waar een tekort heerst. Afhankelijk van jouw contract kan dat voor losse diensten bij verschillende opdrachtgevers zijn, of voor een vaste periode met een vast aantal uren. In overleg kijken we welke opdracht het beste bij jou past en gaan we samen met jou op kennismakingsgesprek. Team Healthz NL is een klein team met korte lijnen. We vinden het belangrijk om dat zo te houden, zodat we een goede band met je op kunnen bouwen. Omdat je acute tekorten bij de opdrachtgever komt oplossen, is het nodig dat jij na een korte rondleiding snel inzetbaar bent. Je bent niet bang om vragen te stellen en zelf aan de slag te gaan als de situatie daarom vraagt. Je werkt goed samen en houdt het hoofd koel, ook in hectische situaties.
