Voor onze klant in Stabroek zoeken wij een Senior Accountant.

Onze klant is een gevestigde speler in de Antwerpse haven met meer dan 155 jaar ervaring in goederenbehandeling en opslag. Vanuit verschillende terminals bieden ze onder andere stevedoring, warehousing, douaneafhandeling, containerdiensten en transportoplossingen aan.

Als Senior Accountant beheer je de boekhouding voor verschillende entiteiten en terminals. Je combineert de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige opvolging met afsluitingen, rapportering, fiscaliteit en analyses. Je werkt binnen het Finance-team en hebt regelmatig contact met collega's en externe partners.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je volgt de boekhouding van A tot Y op voor verschillende entiteiten.
  • Je verzorgt de maandelijkse afsluitingen.
  • Je volgt de Belgische btw- en vennootschapswetgeving op.
  • Je dient btw-aangiftes in.
  • Je bereidt de jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiftes voor.
  • Je zorgt voor de nodige wettelijke publicaties en volgt fiscale vertegenwoordiging op.
  • Je staat in voor de facturatie van de stouwerij- en natiewerkactiviteiten.
  • Je analyseert de resultaten van verschillende entiteiten en kostencentra.
  • Je maakt de maandelijkse financiële rapportering op.
  • Je werkt mee aan de interne halfjaarlijkse consolidatie.
  • Je bereidt audit- en fiscale dossiers voor.
  • Je beheert de opmaak en publicatie van financiële documenten.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met collega's, klanten en externe partners over financiële dossiers en gegevens.
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig je collega's binnen het Finance-team.
  • Je hebt een diploma in een financiële richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek, maritiem of een andere operationele omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je kent de Belgische btw- en boekhoudwetgeving goed.
  • Je hebt voeling met financiële regelgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ook tijdens drukke afsluitingsperiodes het overzicht.
  • Je bent analytisch en kan financiële informatie helder interpreteren.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe partijen.
  • Je werkt punctueel en respecteert deadlines.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands. Andere talen zijn mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt vlot met courante ICT-toepassingen en staat open voor verdere digitalisering.
  • Je bent bereid om je kennis verder bij te schaven via opleidingen en infosessies.
