Voor een financieel gezonde organisatie in de regio Herentals zoeken we een Senior Boekhouder / A-Z Accountant die de financiële boekhouding van A tot Z in handen neemt. Naast een brutosalaris tot €4.500, een aantrekkelijk pakket aan extralegale voordelen en de mogelijkheid tot 2 dagen thuiswerk per week, biedt deze functie vooral de kans om een echte trekkersrol op te nemen binnen finance.

De organisatie bevindt zich bovendien in een bijzonder interessante groeifase. Een recente overname, de implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem, verdere professionalisering van de financiële processen en toekomstige investeringsprojecten zorgen voor een uitdagende en afwisselende omgeving waarin jouw expertise het verschil kan maken.

Binnen deze zelfstandige en veelzijdige boekhoudkundige functie krijg je de vrijheid om initiatief te nemen, processen kritisch te bekijken en actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de financiële afdeling. De combinatie van een familiale werksfeer, korte beslissingslijnen en een grote mate van vertrouwen zorgt ervoor dat ideeën snel kunnen worden omgezet in concrete verbeteringen.

Senior Boekhouder / A-Z Accountant - Functieomschrijving

  • Binnen deze rol ligt de verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige A-Z boekhouding, waarbij een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de financiële administratie centraal staat.
  • Naast de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige opvolging vormen maand- en jaarafsluitingen, btw-aangiftes en financiële rapportering een belangrijk onderdeel van het takenpakket.
  • Een actieve bijdrage aan analytische rapportering, budgetopvolging en cashplanning zorgt ervoor dat het management beschikt over de nodige financiële inzichten om de verdere groei van de organisatie te ondersteunen.
  • De functie biedt bovendien de kans om mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van de financiële afdeling, onder meer door processen te optimaliseren, rapporteringen verder uit te werken en financiële structuren te verfijnen.
  • Ook strategische dossiers zoals digitalisering, ERP-optimalisatie en toekomstige investeringsprojecten maken deel uit van de verantwoordelijkheden.

Senior Boekhouder / A-Z Accountant - Profiel

  • Relevante ervaring binnen een A-Z boekhoudkundige omgeving vormt de ideale basis om deze functie succesvol op te nemen.
  • Een goede kennis van btw-wetgeving, afsluitingen, rapportering en algemene accountingprocessen is noodzakelijk om snel impact te kunnen maken.
  • Zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een gezonde dosis initiatief typeren de ideale kandidaat.
