Misschien kom jij binnenkort ons team dan wel versterken! Als Senior Adviseur Planning & Control ben jij de business partner voor teammanagers en het directieteam. Zij rekenen op jouw professionele advisering en ondersteuning bij (financiële) vraagstukken en complexe individuele casuïstiek. Je denkt mee op tactisch en strategisch niveau en je weet precies hoe je financiële informatie omzet in heldere scenario's, adviezen en toekomstgerichte sturing die direct bijdragen aan goed doordachte keuzes in zorg, bedrijfsvoering en strategie. Het team Planning & Control verzorgt de maandelijkse managementinformatie en adviseert bij het opstellen van business cases. En onze organisatie, die staat niet stil. We bevinden ons in een fase van ontwikkeling, groei en beweging. Op ons vakgebied bijvoorbeeld de overgang van de traditionele begroting naar een rolling forecast. Ontwikkelingen binnen de verschillende financieringsstromen (WLZ, ZVW en WMO) houd jij nauwlettend in de gaten. Je maakt hierin de doorvertaling naar beleid. En is er ondersteuning nodig op gebied van zorgverkoop? Dan lever je daar graag je bijdrage aan. Deze dynamiek vraagt om een business partner die flexibel, stressbestendig en bereid is om actief bij te dragen aan het opbouwen en professionaliseren van de organisatie. Als Senior Adviseur stel je de meerjarenbegroting op en volg je de liquiditeitspositie voortdurend. Business cases op het gebied van vastgoed worden door jou financieel doorgerekend. Jij bent iemand die vakinhoudelijk sterk is en weet met scherpe analyses en helder advies écht het verschil te maken.
