Wir suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität, die GU-Hochbauprojekte von der Ausschreibung bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe operativ verantwortet - der Projektschwerpunkt der Stelle liegt in Salzburg, mitunter realisieren wir auch Projekte im südbayerischen Raum bis München. 1 Senior Bauleiter:in w/m/d - GU-Hochbau (schlüsselfertig) - operative Gesamtverantwortung WAS DU BAUST, STEHT

* Operative Leitung der GU-Hochbauprojekte von € 5 Mio. bis € 80 Mio.

* Verantwortung für die Ausschreibungen, Vergaben sowie Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen

* Führung und Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten

* Abrechnungs- und Nachtragsmanagement inkl. Leistungsfeststellung

* Organisation der Baustellenabläufe und Dokumentation

* Strukturierte Mängelbearbeitung bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Planung, Kalkulation, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Projektentwicklung

* Einschlägige Erfahrung in der GU-Bauleitung

* Verantwortung für Kosten, Termine, Qualität und Ergebnis

* Sehr gutes Verständnis für Baubetrieb und Baustellenprozesse, Vertragswesen und Normen

* Sehr gute Verhandlungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, insbesondere bei Mehrkostenforderungen und Vertragsauslegungen

* Hands-on-Mentalität

* Bereitschaft, Projekte im Raum Salzburg und Umgebung gesamthaft zu betreuen
