Je komt terecht binnen een gevestigde advies- en accountancyomgeving waar ondernemingen van uiteenlopende omvang worden ondersteund op financieel, fiscaal en bedrijfseconomisch vlak. De focus ligt op duurzame samenwerking, kennisdeling en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Deze functie biedt de kans om zelfstandig dossiers te beheren, klanten inhoudelijk te adviseren en tegelijk een actieve rol op te nemen in de begeleiding van junior collega's. Een ideale volgende stap voor een accountant die meer verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie zoekt.

Senior Boekhouder - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je beheert accountancydossiers van A tot Z en zorgt voor kwalitatieve financiële verwerking, tijdige rapporteringen en correcte afsluitingen voor een diverse klantenportefeuille.
  • Je vertaalt financieel inzicht naar heldere tussentijdse rapportages, adviseert ondernemers over hun cijfers en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit.
  • Je ondersteunt teamontwikkeling door junior consultants en stagiairs te begeleiden, kennis te delen en mee te waken over een consistente kwaliteitsstandaard binnen het team.

Senior Boekhouder - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master binnen accountancy, fiscaliteit of een relevante financiële richting en bouwde minstens twee jaar ervaring op binnen een fiduciaire omgeving.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale boekhoudsoftware, schakelt snel tussen dossiers en combineert nauwkeurigheid met een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je bent een ondernemende professional die klanten proactief begeleidt, graag kennis deelt en sterk communiceert in het Nederlands.
