Over de functie Een betrokken bouwkundig professional met een passie voor complexe projecten is nodig binnen een dynamische internationale organisatie die actief is op het gebied van industrie- en utiliteitsbouw, met een focus op datacenters in de sector van mission critical facilities. De projecten omvatten doorgaans bouwkundige inspecties, alle ontwerp- en engineeringfasen en de coördinatie tijdens de uitvoering op locatie. Deze dynamiek vraagt om een stevige persoonlijkheid met sterke technische kennis, oog voor detail, en inzicht in de kwaliteitseisen per ontwerpfase. Kennis van Nederlandse bouwregelgeving is vanzelfsprekend, evenals ervaring in het opstellen van documenten voor omgevingsvergunningen en aanbestedingen. Internationale projectervaring is een pré. Waar je werkt De organisatie is een toonaangevend en onafhankelijk internationaal ingenieurs- en projectmanagementadviesbureau met ruime ervaring en een wereldwijde aanwezigheid. Vanuit kantoren in onder meer Nederland worden multidisciplinaire adviesdiensten geleverd aan een breed scala aan opdrachtgevers. Er is veel aandacht voor duurzaamheid, innovatie en het leveren van toegevoegde waarde aan maatschappij en klanten. De afdeling die zich richt op datacenters wordt geleid vanuit Nijmegen, maar werkt internationaal aan inspirerende projecten.
