Als ICT-security functie werk je verder veel samen met een groter team van systeem- en netwerkbeheer collega's met elk eigen expertises, als ook met de collega's van onze skilled service desk. Met de afdeling Risk & Resilience werk je ook samen op het snijvlak tussen digitale en fysieke veiligheid. Je zorgt dat nieuwe ontwikkelingen goed passen in het toekomstig ICT-landschap. Dat landschap bestaat uit onze bedrijfslocaties in Nederland, Tsjechië en België en strekt zich uit naar Cloud-omgevingen. Bij Bakker werk je ook met collega's van moedermaatschappij Greenyard aan overkoepelende (inter)nationale projecten. Je werkt met het team toe naar internationale standaarden als NIST 800.53, de Europese NIS2 wetgeving. Initiatieven ook bij toeleveranciers lijn je waar het kan uit op standaarden als ISO27001 en IEC62443. In deze rol vertaal je vanuit ICT-security als ook OT-security voor operationele technologie zulke raamwerken naar concrete maatregelen binnen de organisatie, zoals beleid, processen en duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden. In gesprekken met toeleveranciers help je hen daarin op weg, waarbij ketenverantwoordelijkheid een belangrijke rol speelt binnen de NIS2 wetgeving, en controleer je van gemaakte afspraken de voortgang en compliance. Daarnaast zorg je voor het vergroten van de cybersecurity-bewustwording binnen de organisatie door middel van awareness-activiteiten en trainingen. Ook stel je rapportages op voor het ICT-management en zorg je dat de NIS2-vereisten en verdere security ambities goed aansluiten op bestaande processen.
