Eline Jonkman Inhouse recruiter +31627627306 [email protected] Wat jij gaat doen Als Senior Corporate Recruiter Als Senior Corporate Recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces voor onze stafafdelingen: van intake tot aanname. Je adviseert hiring managers over de wervingsstrategie, arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en neemt het voortouw bij complexe of lastig vervulbare vacatures. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de vacature van vandaag: je analyseert recruitmentresultaten, signaleert verbeterkansen en helpt onze recruitmentaanpak verder professionaliseren. Ook ben je een inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor collega-recruiters; je deelt kennis, denkt mee bij complexe stakeholdervraagstukken en brengt overzicht en met jouw coördinerende rol breng je structuur in de dagelijkse recruitmentpraktijk.
