Als Senior Customer Service Medewerker beantwoord jij eerste- en tweedelijns klantvragen en help jij met de ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe producten en diensten. Deze vragen zijn afkomstig van gebruikers, partners, afnemers van zakelijke producten en interne stakeholders. Naast de vragen heb jij ook actief contact met de partners, zo zal jij op verzoek van een relatiemanager contracten maken en die toesturen. De software van onze partner helpt dagelijks velen honderden mensen van A naar B. Met jouw ervaring en analytische vermogen kan jij terugkomende of veelvoorkomende vragen herkennen en bundelen. Met de gebundelde vragen achterhaal jij de oorzaak en zorg jij dat deze opgelost wordt, bijvoorbeeld door contact op te nemen met jouw development collega's. Eén week per maand heb je wachtdienst, hier kan je telefonisch storingen binnen krijgen die je moet inventariseren om de melding vervolgens door te zetten naar de juiste afdeling. Onze partner breidt het assortiment aan producten en diensten uit, wat betekent dat de werkzaamheden ook uitgebreid worden. Hier kun jij aan meehelpen! Met de implementatie van deze nieuwe producten en diensten draag jij bij aan het vormgeven van de werkprocessen.
