Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen, zoals sales, logistiek en het lab. Met jouw gestructureerde aanpak en klantgerichte instelling zorg je ervoor dat vragen en problemen efficiënt worden afgehandeld. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om mee te denken over procesverbeteringen en jouw expertise in te zetten voor het inwerken van nieuwe collega's. Wat je gaat doen: - beheren van inkomende klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail, en deze verwerken in het CRM-systeem (Salesforce); - verwerken van klantorders in het ERP-systeem (NetSuite) en coördineren van leveringen met logistieke partners; - oplossen van klachten en problemen door oorzaken te analyseren en passende oplossingen te bieden; - ondersteunen van de manager bij het plannen en prioriteren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het team; - bijdragen aan het inwerken van nieuwe collega's en het verbeteren van interne processen door middel van feedback en verbetervoorstellen.
