Senior Data Consultant Lijnden, Huizen en/of thuis € 6.250,- tot € 7.500,- 32-40 uur Als Data Consultant begeleid je organisaties bij complexe vraagstukken rond data, AI en digitale transformatie. Je helpt klanten meer waarde uit hun data te halen door strategie, technologie en organisatie met elkaar te verbinden. Als sparringpartner voor stakeholders, managementteams en projectgroepen vertaal je klantbehoeften naar concrete, meetbare resultaten. Je werkt voor organisaties die willen groeien in datagedreven werken, AI-adoptie en moderne informatievoorziening. Je leidt strategische workshops, ontwikkelt roadmaps en adviseert over verandertrajecten, met als doel blijvende impact. Daarbij trek je nauw op met Data Engineers, Product Owners en andere specialisten binnen Wortell, zodat je advies ook echt wordt omgezet in werkende oplossingen. Wat ga je doen? Verandering en adoptie realiseren Klantontwikkeling en stakeholdermanagement Strategisch Klantadvies Innovatie en though leadership Verandering en adoptie realiseren Je helpt organisaties om nieuwe werkwijzen, processen en technologie succesvol te adopteren. Je begeleidt stakeholders tijdens verandertrajecten, creëert draagvlak en zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen daadwerkelijk onderdeel worden van de dagelijkse praktijk. Klantontwikkeling en stakeholdermanagement Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op en bent een vaste sparringpartner voor stakeholders. Je denkt proactief mee over toekomstige behoeften, signaleert nieuwe kansen en helpt klanten bij het maken van de juiste keuzes voor de lange termijn. Je begeleidt klanten bij vraagstukken rondom data, AI en digitale transformatie. Ja faciliteert workshops, brengt uitdagingen en kansen in kaart en vertaalt deze naar concrete adviezen en roadmaps.
