Jij beheert agenda's, bewaakt deadlines en denkt mee op strategisch niveau. Met jouw senioriteit en gevoel voor verhoudingen ben jij dé SPARRINGPARTNER voor het MT waarop gebouwd kan worden. Ondersteunen op niveau In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij de verbinder binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de directie/MT zich kan richten op haar hoofdzaken, terwijl jij 'als tweede stem' alles coördineert en bewaakt. Van het voorbereiden van belangrijke meetings en het zorgvuldig afhandelen van stukken en zaken tot het ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende organisatorische vraagstukken: jij brengt overzicht in een omgeving waar veel tegelijk gebeurt. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt VERANTWOORDELIJKHEID en weet precies wanneer je moet schakelen , adviseren of actie ondernemen. Je hebt oog voor de kleine details die juist het verschil maken en voelt je thuis in een rol waarin vertrouwen , professionaliteit en kwaliteit centraal staan. Met jouw ervaring zorg je ervoor dat zowel dagelijkse processen als bijzondere momenten soepel en volgens richtlijnen verlopen.
