Vroom Hekkema BVFR Senior Financial Accountant (32-40 uur) Functie Als Senior Financial Accountant ben je een belangrijke spil binnen de snelgroeiende Hiltermann Lease Groep. Je overziet het grootboek, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de balans en speelt een sleutelrol bij de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen. Samen met de Manager Financial Accounting & Control werk je aan een solide en toekomstbestendige financiële organisatie. Je krijgt volop ruimte om complexe financiële processen verder te optimaliseren en te standaardiseren en daarmee actief bij te dragen aan de groei en professionalisering van Hiltermann Lease Groep. Je geeft leiding aan drie Financial Accounting medewerkers en werkt nauw samen met de twee Financial Controllers. Jullie leidinggevende is de Manager Financial Accounting & Control. Belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Verzorgen en coördineren van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen - Beheren en reconciliëren van balans- en grootboekrekeningen - Bewaken van juiste periodetoerekening, accruals en voorzieningen - Analyseren en verklaren van afwijkingen en mutaties - Opstellen en onderhouden van balansdossiers en auditdocumentatie - Aanspreekpunt voor de externe Accountant - Zorgen voor consistente toepassing van IFRS en NL GAAP - Coachen en ontwikkelen van de Financial Accounting medewerkers (AP/AR) - Bijdragen aan optimalisatie en verdere professionalisering van accountingprocessen - Diverse projecten zoals de ERP implementatie (FIS) en M&A trajecten Profiel Jij floreert in een dynamische omgeving met complexe financiële structuren. Jouw stevige technische accountingkennis stelt je in staat om vanuit standaarden te redeneren. Zo breng je structuur aan en optimaliseer je processen in de 'scale-up' omgeving bij dit private equity backed bedrijf. Als gesprekspartner ben je open en overtuigend.
