Wat je gaat doen Als Senior Financial Control Specialist binnen NN Schade & Inkomen vervul je een sleutelrol in het verder versterken van de Finance Control functie. Je opereert op het snijvlak van financial reporting, governance, risk en change en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van externe verslaggeving en interne control frameworks. Je bent een stevige sparringpartner voor stakeholders binnen Finance, Risk, IT en de business en draagt bij aan een toekomstbestendige inrichting van processen en beleid. In deze rol: - Adviseer je over de toepassing van IFRS-standaarden (incl. IFRS 17) en interne accounting policies, en vertaal je wijzigingen naar impact op processen en rapportages - Bereid je external audits en reviews voor en coördineer je deze (kwartaal-, jaarafsluiting en bijzondere trajecten) - Heb je een inhoudelijke rol in de voorbereiding en review van jaarrekeningen en relevante Solvency II rapportages - Vertaal je(markt)ontwikkelingen in IFRS en SII naar interne beleidskeuzes en rapportagevereisten - Draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het control framework en data quality manag...
