Je werkt samen met een breed scala aan organisaties, van logistieke dienstverleners tot technische bedrijven, en zorgt ervoor dat talent en werkgever elkaar vinden en versterken. Je voert diepgaande gesprekken met kandidaten om hun kwaliteiten te ontdekken en onderhoudt nauw contact met klanten om hun bedrijfscultuur en behoeften te begrijpen. Deze veelzijdige rol combineert recruitment, relatiebeheer en commercie, waardoor je elke dag impact maakt op de loopbaan van kandidaten en de groei van bedrijven in de regio Schijndel. Wat ga je doen als Senior Intercedent? - Actief werven van kandidaten voor vacatures bij klanten via diverse recruitmentkanalen zoals LinkedIn, jobboards, social media, database en eigen netwerk. - Bouwen aan nieuwe klantrelaties en identificeren van commerciële kansen in de markt, inclusief kennismakingsgesprekken en presentatie van Olympia's diensten. - Onderhouden van contact met bestaande klanten, meedenken over personeelsbehoeften, adviseren en zorgen voor duurzame samenwerking. - Begeleiden van kandidaten en flexkrachten gedurende hun loopbaan, bespreken van ambities, ontwikkeling en werkplezier, en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor vragen. - Zorgvuldig verwerken van administratieve gegevens, actueel houden van dossiers en correct vastleggen van afspraken en processen.
