Nu zoek je een rol waarin je jouw ervaring écht kunt inzetten. Als Senior Intercedent bij Start People combineer je het beste van twee vestigingen: Arnhem én Nijmegen. Je brengt kandidaten en MKB-opdrachtgevers bij elkaar, bouwt aan duurzame relaties en weet precies wat nodig is om tot de juiste match te komen. Je bent iemand die makkelijk schakelt. Het ene moment bespreek je met een opdrachtgever welke nieuwe collega het team nodig heeft, het volgende moment voer je een intakegesprek met een kandidaat. Tussendoor houd je contact met flexmedewerkers, schrijf je een aantrekkelijke vacaturetekst of zorg je dat de administratie tot in de puntjes klopt. Wat ga je doen als Senior Intercedent? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij houdt overzicht, ziet kansen en zorgt ervoor dat zowel kandidaten als opdrachtgevers op jou kunnen bouwen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Relaties onderhouden: je hebt regelmatig contact met opdrachtgevers en flexmedewerkers en bent zichtbaar bij klanten door klantbezoeken. - Recruiten: je behandelt sollicitaties, voert intakegesprekken en selecteert kandidaten die passen bij de opdrachtgever. - Vacatures schrijven: je vertaalt de vraag van de klant naar aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten die de juiste doelgroep aanspreken. - Kandidaten begeleiden: je bent betrokken bij hun loopbaan en zorgt gedurende het hele proces voor een positieve ervaring. - Commercieel kansen signaleren: vanuit jouw relaties zie je waar mogelijkheden liggen en weet je hier proactief op in te spelen. - Administratie verzorgen: van contracten tot urenregistratie, jij zorgt ervoor dat alles goed geregeld is. - Samenwerken...
