Over de functie Als senior jurist grondzaken en vastgoed behandel je zelfstandig juridische dossiers rondom gemeentelijke gronden en vastgoed en lever je juridische expertise binnen gebiedsontwikkelingen. Je stelt overeenkomsten op, beoordeelt en handelt deze af, regelt zakelijke rechten en signaleert juridische risico's. Je werkt nauw samen met projectteams en adviseert over het gebruik van gemeentegrond en vastgoed, waarbij je de belangen van de gemeente borgt. Wat je gaat doen - Opstellen, beoordelen en afhandelen van (koop)overeenkomsten voor grond- en vastgoedtransacties - Opstellen en actualiseren van huurovereenkomsten - Opstellen en toepassen van anti-speculatiebedingen en overige contractuele voorwaarden - Vestigen, wijzigen en beëindigen van zakelijke rechten - Adviseren over gebruik van gemeentegrond en vastgoed - Opstellen, beoordelen en afhandelen van anterieure overeenkomsten - Voeren van gesprekken en onderhandelingen met betrokken partijen - Bewaken van naleving van contractuele afspraken - Opstellen en toetsen van complexe anterieure en samenwerkingsovereenkomsten - Leveren van juridische advisering binnen projectteams - Juridisch ondersteunen van onderhandelingen met marktpartijen - Signaleren, beoordelen en beheersen van juridische risico's binnen gebiedsontwikkelingen Functie-eisen - Minimaal hbo-bachelor diploma - Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 8 jaar als jurist grondzaken, vastgoedjurist en/of vergelijkbare juridische functie - Aantoonbare werkervaring met zakelijke rechten met betrekking tot grond en vastgoed, waaronder erfpacht, opstalrechten en/of erfdienstbaarheden - Aantoonbar...
